Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Refunds for Physical Products
For physical products, we offer a 30-day refund policy starting from the shipping date. Once your item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Products
Once an order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items caused by the shipping service. We recommend contacting the carrier directly if you experience any issues with delivery.
Sale items
Please note that items marked as sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided via email once your return request has been approved. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
